  • Rot Resistance: Cypress is naturally resistant to Rot and insects.  (Including termite). However for certain application we do offer Wolman E Treatment or CCA for salt water and other extreme conditions and the Caribbean Islands.
  • Workability: Fairly easy to work with, Cypress poles tend to crack as they age, however, it doesn’t hinder the structure. It just adds to the rustic looks.
  • Odor: No characteristic odor.
  • Allergies/Toxicity: Besides the standard health risks associated with any type of wood dust, no further health reactions have been associated with Bald Cypress
